I am an Architectural Technician with 25 years experience in the industry. I have worked for Architect’s Practices in the North East, South East and South West of England as well as in the in-house design departments of a large North East Brewery and a Design and Build Contractor.

My experience in the industry covers many areas, with everything from refurbishments to extensions and new build in all the sectors such as;

My experience of the building design process covers feasibility, concept design, planning, detailed design and building regulation submissions through to site supervision and the hand-over of the building to the client or end user.

I offer a totally customised service tailored to meet the requirements of my individual clients, from carrying out dimensioned surveys which can be presented as a layered CAD drawing file, through providing either remote or on premises CAD Draughting / Detailing services for Architects and other building industry professionals up to working directly for an individual client on their own domestic or commercial projects.

When required to work on a client’s own premises I am able to either work on the client’s own computer / CAD package or I can provide my own computer complete with an up to date licensed copy of AutoCAD LT if required.
