Now and again we like to post events on our site that some of our members have organised or are hosting. This event is bought to you by Penshaw View and James Paterson, owner of Livefit14 - and of course, we'll be attending on the day. They'll be discussing everything mental health and James will be sharing his mental health journey with you.

James Paterson is the brain and brawn behind the excellent Livefit14, a fitness company that has mental health at its very core. James shared his mental health issues with the world through social media, with his videos going viral globally. He focuses on helping improve mental wellbeing, not just the physical transformation of his clients. James' story is inspiring to say the very least.
Penshaw View have mental health at their heart and believe mental health issues should be taken extremely seriously in the workplace. They are accredited to offer courses in Mental Health Awareness and Mental Health First Aid at Work.
*Please note there will be a business card draw on the day with the possibility of winning a place on one of Penshaw View's mental health courses. All business cards will be kept by Penshaw View, so please only enter it if you are happy for them to keep your details.
