Exercise 1: Horizon Scanning - PESTLE Analysis
Activity: Divide participants into small groups. Each group conducts a PESTLE analysis (Political, Economic, Social, Technology, Legal and Environmental) for their business against the potential outlook for each.
Objective: Identify internal and external factors affecting growth and innovation.
Exercise 2: Innovation Brainstorming Session
Activity: Groups brainstorm innovative ideas to address the opportunities and threats identified in the PESTLE analysis.
Objective: Generate creative solutions and new business strategies.
Exercise 3: Action Plan Development
Activity: Each group develops a concrete action plan based on their brainstorming session.
Objective: Create actionable steps to implement growth and innovation strategies.
Group Presentations and Feedback
Activity: Each group presents their PESTLE analysis, innovative ideas, and action plan.
